How Fitness Changes Your Life

                Nowadays, fitness is more crucial thing to everyone. Fitness plays a pivotal role in your life. It can motivate to give a big kick to your carrier, Lifestyle and many more things. Weight loss is the first thing which matters for Fit body.





How do I lose the weight?

            Everyone those who are in this weight loss journey,  surely wants to drop the numbers on  weighing scale .Look , the different stories of  different people says a many things about weight loss in one go in just a one click. But until we genuinely decide ourselves as ”YES I WANT TO GET  RID OF THIS BODY FAT” now from this point you really look forward to your fit and healthy lifestyle. The reason behind this saturated excess fat in the body is unhealthy lifestyle. The unhealthy lifestyle and disturbed routine can call the health issues (like acid reflux, migraine, joint pains,  high BP etc.) to you soon or somebody is already living with these health issues. Only because of this fat body you can not fit in size like S or M. This feeling is so disturbing and enough to make u less confident.

Simple and basic daily routine habits to start losing few pounds based on my personal experience

            So, how can we say stop to these health issues and medical emergency sometimes  by switching to some good habits in daily life.

-wake up as early as possible: after a six to eight hours of a sleep,  it feels so fresh .

-Drink a glass of warm water

-Do some exercise or yogas according to your preference

-eat a high protein breakfast.

-In lunch take more salad

-Drink more fluid in a day

-In Dinner eat high fiber food : It will get help you to improve your  digestion

-walk at least 100 steps after dinner and lunch.

This habits can help you in gaining confidence towards losing weight and stay away from  hyper acidity and migraine like health issues .



What to eat for a weight loss?

            “EAT HEALTHY” and “EAT CLEAN” this words?  You can imagine dish like gluten free, carbs free, sugar free and unfortunately test free. But seriously trust me this is not really needed any more.

So, If you want to lose the size from XXL to S like lose 50 to 55 pounds. lessen your food intake in certain pre-decided amount

-Take a small meal three to four times in a day

-avoid to eat high sweeten fruits

-Reduce the intake of sugar in a day

-Decide proper chart of what and how much amount you eat in breakfast, lunch , evening snacks and dinner. However your total intake of daily food should be lesser than previous. And follow this for next few months and parallel do a physical activity for a better and quicker result

-Eat nuts and dry fruits for small hunger because it is one of the richest energy resource.

-increase the intake of fluid,  it can hydrate your body.

- avoid packed and deep fried food totally it can stuck your weight loss.

Varieties  of simple and high protein  breakfast available in India, you supposed to eat fruits, milkshake, poha, upma, simply a boiled egg, idli, a cup of milk with adding jaggery.

In lunch, straight to dal, rice , sabji, roti, salad, curd or butter milk with quantity which you decided in your diet chart .

If you feel hungry in mid of lunch and dinner or you have cravings of tea or coffee instead of this eat banana or dry fruit and also black tea with adding jaggery. It can kill your hunger and satisfies your cravings.

High fiber food to be added in your dinner . You supposed to eat daliya with lots of veggies, bhagar ,oats, moong dal khichdi, jawar or bajra roti this are not only the options, you can add many more things into your menu according to your culture.

Above food chart menu only give you a rough idea what you have to eat.

Best Drinks for weight loss and keeps a body  hydrate

In morning,

- warm water with lemon ,honey or with applecider vinager.

-Tulsi and ginger tea.

-Cinnamon tea.

-black tea with turmeric or lemon: it can boost your immunity.

-Ajwain and ginger tea after lunch and dinner. trust me it can helps to improve digestion and melt unnecessary saturated fat.

-High protein drink to boost energy level

-fruit and mix vegetable juice

-green leaf juice in that you can add tulsi, coriander leaves, bel pattras, spinch leaves, drumstick leaves, cabbage leaves etc.



Best exercises for weight loss

            Exercise is a paramount thing of this journey. Without which you can lose your weight by changing eating habits but cannot tone your body shape.

Best exercises to tone a body shape

-For beginner, Suryanamaskar is the best exercise for week or two. It improves the general physical fitness by strengthening most of the muscles.

-Jogging

-Skipping

-Jumping jacks

-crunches

-Lunges

-Plank exercises

-Push-ups

-Squats


Do above exercises and improved eating habits to become fat to fit. Remember one thing “If you want to achieve a target then you have to attack it from every side” it means you have to follow regular diet with exercise and avoid junk food.
